Delete your Perfect Measure account

About this page

This page is for people who use the Perfect Measure app. You can delete your account and your data from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. Either way, deletion is permanent.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

1. Open the app and go to Profile, then Security & Privacy.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Choose a reason for leaving.
4. Press Delete, then confirm by signing in again with the same Google or Apple account you use for Perfect Measure.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app, email contact@perfect-measure.com from the email address you signed in with. Use the subject Delete my account.

We confirm that the account is yours, delete it, and reply within 30 days.

What we delete

We permanently delete:

• your sign-in
• your profile (name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and country)
• all your measurements and history

Your photos are never kept: they are deleted right after your measurements are calculated.

What we keep

We keep only the reason you gave for leaving, with nothing that identifies you.
